Pagos del Galir - Mencía

Pagos del Galir Mencía is produced from selected grapes manually harvested from our own vineyards. Vinification in cold in stainless steel tanks (5ºC).

After the malolactic, the wine ages in French oak barrels during 6 months and once the assemble is done, it is bottled for spending 6 months in the cellars before being released to the market.
